- Tea and Coffee is available through the CEC and is charged on a per
person basis for all external clients.
- Orders must be made through the CEC Administrator or Coordinator at
least 2 weeks prior to your event.
- The kitchen is not open to CEC users and thus there are no self
catering services available.
- Up to 200 people can be catered for in the CEC.
- Food
catering is available and charged on a per person basis.
- The CEC uses
preferred catering suppliers and no other catering supplier is to be
used unless negotiated with the CEC Coordinator.
- Preferred supplier’s menus and costs are available from the Clinical
Education Centre Coordinator or Administrator. Catering menu changes
often so please ensure that you have the latest document.
- Menu items are subject to market and
seasonal availability. Prices are subject to change and any variation in
catering costs will be passed on to the consumer.
- Food and Drink may
not be consumed in the auditoriums under any circumstances.
- No alcoholic
beverages may be brought into the CEC for the purpose of consumption
unless authorised by the CEC Coordinator or CEC Operational Management
Committee – no alcohol may be consumed in the CEC before 17.00 hrs.
- All
users will be liable for all costs arising from damage or loss to any
part of the CEC
