Social Rehabilitation Assessment Services

Our objective is to provide consistent, high quality and timely assessments that accurately identify a Claimant’s social rehabilitation needs and develop a range of options to meet those needs. Sufficient information is therefore provided to Case Managers to make decisions on the support needed to meet a Claimant’s needs.
