DCCM supports the ADHB Nursing Entry To Practice (NETP) program with up to two intakes per year in January and September.

The fifteen week orientation programme allows a gradual exposure to the DCCM ICU population with Nurse Educator directed education and clinical workload sharing time with two allocated preceptors.
