The Greenlane Clinical Centre concept is very different from the new hospital complex on the Grafton Road site of the Auckland District Health Board. 

The Greenlane Clinical Centre has become the centre of outpatient services and day stay surgery. It has a comparatively relaxed environment with patients visiting by appointment.

Within the new Greenlane Clinical Centre there will eventually be 11 medical departments and 62 consulting rooms. 

There is a wide range of specialists resident including dentists and pharmacists. The centre will have a floor area of 6200m2, when it is complete. 

The Greenlane site is large and spacious. There will be 7165m2 of car parking with additional space for on-grade parking.
