Overview
Welcome to Greenlane Clinical Centre, our centre for outpatient
services and day-stay surgeries. Hours of operation are from Monday
to Friday 7.30am to 5.00pm and Saturday 8am to noon, although some
clinics are open later. To enter the building outside of these
hours, please make arrangements with the ward or clinical service
you are visiting.
Health services
Greenlane Clinical Centre provides a wide range of services
including dental and pharmacy.
In an emergency
There are no emergency services provided at the Greenlane site. For
serious injury and health concerns, go to your closest hospital
emergency department or
call 111.

We have a number of on-site services for patients and visitors
including interpreters, social workers, telephone and mail service,
security, banking and wifi internet.

Finding your way around
There are many buildings and levels at Greenlane Clinical Centre –
check out a
map
of our buildings here. The main entrance for the Greenlane
Clinical Centre is at Gate 1 Greenlane Road West. Unless your
appointment letter directs you to another building, clinics are
accessed from the main building. You will find signs inside the main
door directing you to your clinic, if you are not sure which way to
go please ask the blue-coated volunteers. Please report to your
clinic reception desk so that your arrival can be recorded.
Volunteer Site Ambassadors provide friendly assistance, to help
people to find their way around the hospital, clinics, wards and
other facilities as required. All Site Ambassadors are trained and
easily recognised in their blue uniform. The Site Ambassadors are
based around main entrances and corridors. They are available to
assist throughout the day.
