Dose Loading dose is 25micrograms/kg/minute for 4 hours followed by
a maintenance dose of  micrograms/kg/min (usual dose 5-15micrograms/kg/min)
Rate ml/hour  (We usually make up an infusion so that 1ml/hr gives 10 mcg/kg/min)
