Record baby’s temperature and
respirations before feeds |

Document SBR results on
Neonatal Bilirubin Guidelines form (CC2023). Ensure that there is medical
follow-up regarding the SBR results and/or management plan. |

applied to the baby’s skin during phototherapy. |
