A new
National Application Form
for Ethical Approval of a
Research Project is now
available from the NZ Health
and Disability Ethics
Committees (see
http://www.ethicscommittees.health.govt.nz/).
The 2005 version will be
accepted until 30 September
2009. The Research Office
will be updating their
guidance and template
patient information and
consent forms to reflect any
changes in requirements.
