apparently mild head injury.
Penetrating head injury
Moderate to severe headache
Amnesia
Skull fracture
History of loss of consciousness
Deteriorating level of consciousness
CSF leak, rhinorrhoea or otorrhoea
Abnormal CT scan
Alcohol or drug intoxication
Significant associated injuries
No reliable companion at home
Unable to return promptly
